====== Speaking time management ======

During an interaction with an interpreter several speaking times that need moderation are set. This moderation determines who has the preference while speaking and this could be a role attributed to the interpreter (mainly in videoconference interpretation) or to the phone operators (in the field of over-the-phone interpretation). A hierarchy is set in all interactions that determines which party (player) is responsible for managing speaking times.
