Connected calls

Connected calls

An option that allows you to continue communication with the same interpreter even if the call drops. In this option, if a call drops and the customer calls back and selects the same language in less than 10 minutes, the system will search for the same interpreter from the previous call to provide continuity to the call, just in case the call got dropped by mistake.
